Complaints

Firstly, you can talk directly to the staff involved who will try and sort out your concerns to your satisfaction, however if you are still unhappy you can make a formal complaint.

We will acknowledge receipt of your formal complaint, in writing within 2 working days. We may also telephone you for further details. We will investigate your concerns and respond by letter within 10 working days of first receiving it. This is our target for all complaints. If we need more time to investigate, we will explain why and when you can expect our response.

If you remain dissatisfied, you have the right of appeal which must be done in writing to the COE, within 10 working days of the date on the final response letter being issued.

Your feedback will be dealt with by the member(s) of the Leadership and Management Team directly responsible for providing the service.
